Chalet Chumma gallery apartment with breathtaking views

Maisonette apartment with breathtaking views of the legendary four-thousanders of the Valais Alps. From the windows and the spacious balcony you can look into the distance into the Rhone Valley and also seethe famous Matterhorn. The two-story apartment on the car-free Riederalp, furnished in Alpine chic, is a hideaway at almost 2,000 m above sea level in heavenly peace, but still easily accessible and a short distance from the gondola station, the town center and the ski lifts.

The apartment is accessed via an outside staircase with a private entrance.

There are 3 bedrooms, two of which are in the cozy attic under the sloping ceilings. On the lower floor is the new, in 2024 refurbished bathroom with rainshower and toilet. There is a new guest toilet in the attic.On the attic level, in addition to a sofa with a sleeping function, there is also a workstation with an electrically height-adjustable desk and a monitor for connecting a laptop. The gallery also offers a 65-inch UHD TV for the home cinema experience. A Bluray player and films are available. In the living area there is a UHD TV with Netflix, Sky and Amazon Prime streaming as well as satellite TV with >300 television channels. It gets cozy in winter or cooler days in the off-season at the new Swedish stove (since winter season 2022). The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including the obligatory fondue and raclette set. In the basement there is a ski room with space for skis and boots (heated room).

From summer 2023, we will only rent through the holiday apartment agency Leisure Rentals, which has an office on Riederalp. This means our guests always have a contact person directly on site. The booking link on the Leisure Rentals website is:
